Where we ship

We ship from the Netherlands to addresses worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order.

Production time

Because every CUNUCU product is handmade to order, please allow 3–7 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Custom orders may take longer — we will communicate the timeline with you directly.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

• Netherlands: 1–2 working days
• Belgium & Germany: 2–4 working days
• Rest of Europe: 4–8 working days
• International: 7–21 working days depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Tracking

We will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Use the carrier's website to track your parcel in real time.

International customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Returns

Standard orders — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer and are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked — as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.

To start a return, email us at shop@cunucu.nl within the 14-day window. We will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will refund you within 14 days via the original payment method.

Custom orders — no right of withdrawal

Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please email us at shop@cunucu.nl within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
