What is a Cunucu?

In Papiamentu — the language of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao — cunucu means "little farm". It is the wild, sun-baked countryside where cactus meets sea breeze, where goats roam and the green iguana reigns supreme.

Made with Tropical Soul

CUNUCU started as a love letter to the Caribbean — to the colours, the textures, and the easy warmth of island life. Every product we make carries a piece of that spirit: the terracotta of the divi-divi plains, the turquoise of Klein Curaçao, the deep gold of sunset over Oranjestad.

We craft our pieces with a Cricut cutting machine and a Bambu Lab 3D printer, combining digital precision with old-fashioned handwork and a whole lot of love. Each item leaves our little workshop in the Netherlands feeling like it was made under an island sun.

Meet Iggy

Our mascot is Iggy — a laid-back green iguana who represents everything CUNUCU stands for: patience, colour, and the ability to look completely unbothered no matter what the weather. You will spot him woven into our designs, perched on our packaging, and generally getting into tropical mischief.

Custom Orders

Our favourite projects are the ones you dream up yourself. Whether it is a personalised gift, a set of branded barware, or something entirely out of the ordinary — we love a challenge. Head over to our Custom Order page and tell us what you have in mind.
